Vietnam reports 15,743 new Covid-19 cases and total now stands at 2,171,527 on Tuesday (Jan 25)

HANOI, Jan. 25 (Xinhua): Vietnam reported 15,743 new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday, including 15,699 locally transmitted and 44 imported, according to its Ministry of Health.

The Vietnamese capital Hanoi remained the locality with the highest number of infections on Tuesday with 2,956 cases, followed by central Da Nang city with 989 cases and northern Hai Phong city with 704 cases.
