HO CHI MINH CITY (Vietnam News/Asia News Network): Food enterprises need a “resilient approach” to risk management amid challenges caused by the pandemic such as disrupted supply chains and rapid shifts in market demand, speakers said on Wednesday (Dec 15) at a seminar in HCM City.

Despite having crisis management and business continuity plans in place, many in the food industry have faced huge challenges caused by the impact of the pandemic.
