Chinese government scholarship now open to Bruneians


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Bruneians looking to further their studies in China can apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship for the 2022/2023 academic year.

“This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Brunei Darussalam. Over the past 30 years, the political mutual trust between the countries has been increasingly consolidated, economic and trade exchanges have developed rapidly and cultural and educational exchanges have been strengthened. Since 2006, China has provided various scholarships to Brunei every year,” the Chinese Embassy in Brunei Darussalam said.
