PHNOM PENH (The Phnom Penh Post/Asia News Network): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has announced the resumption of its tourist visa and visa exemption programme after a long hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In a letter dated Oct 20 and addressed to foreign embassies and consulates, foreign minister Prak Sokhonn said the resumption is based on the improving Covid-19 situation in Cambodia which has enabled the government to reopen the country in the context of Covid-19 whereby businesses and the general public adjust to the new normal.
