Four million doses of Chinese Covid-19 Sinopharm vaccines arrive in Myanmar as cases keep rising in country


YANGON, Oct 17 (Xinhua): Another batch of four million doses of China's Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines, purchased by Myanmar, arrived in Yangon on Friday (Oct 15), according to a release from the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar.

China has supplied 26.6 million doses of Covid-19 vaccines to Myanmar as of Friday, of which 5.9 million doses were donated by China, the release said.
