VIENTIANE, Aug 31 (Xinhua): Mayor of Lao capital Vientiane Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune has issued an urgent order tightening Covid-19 restrictions in the city to contain the spread of the pandemic, an official notice said Monday.
According to the notice signed by the mayor, residents of Vientiane must strictly comply with the government's order on measures of Covid-19 prevention and control, as well as new measures enforced under the order.
