SINGAPORE, Aug 7 (The Straits Times/ANN): When Kwek Yu Xuan was born on June 9 last year at National University Hospital (NUH), her weight - 212g - was about that of an apple.

She was born about three months premature, and doctors had expected her weight to be about 400g.
