PHNOM PENH, July 31 (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): Phnom Penh municipal governor Khuong Sreng warned that authorities would impose fines on violators of the 9pm-3am curfew without any exceptions and would not just educate them as they did previously.

Sreng made the warning as he inspected target checkpoints on July 30.
