BRUNEI, Jan 21 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN) - His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send a message of congratulations to President of the United States of America Joseph R Biden Jr on the occasion of Biden’s inauguration as the 46th President of the United States of America yesterday.
