Philippines' total external trade shrinks over 38% in May 2020


MANILA, July 12 (Xinhua): The Philippines' total external trade in goods in May amounted to US$9.84 billion, an annual decline of 38.7 per cent, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has announced.

The PSA said this is lower than the steep 59.5 per cent decline in April but faster than its rate of decrease of 0.1 per cent in May 2019.
