More Myanmar nationals repatriated from Malaysia, Singapore; 4 new Covid-19 cases

YANGON, July 12 (Xinhua): More Myanmar nationals including seamen were repatriated from Malaysia and Singapore, bringing the number of returnees from abroad to 7,545 as of Saturday (July 11), according to a release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday.

Due to the suspension of international commercial flights during the Covid-19 pandemic, Myanmar government has been repatriating its citizens stranded in foreign countries and regions, in cooperation with the authorities concerned.
