Thai trans woman arrested for walking topless at beach in Sri Lanka

COLOMBO: Sri Lankan police arrested a Thai trans woman for walking topless at a surfing resort and causing a "public nuisance", an officer told AFP on Tuesday (July 15).

In largely conservative Sri Lanka, women going topless is an offence, while men are allowed to leave their torsos uncovered.
