PETALING JAYA: Tough times may mean cutting back on holidays but for the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) president Datuk Hamzah Rahmat, now is the best time to travel.

The current economic downturn, he said, meant that more attractive travel packages would be offered.
