PETALING JAYA: The MyKira GST mobile application cannot be counted on to deliver the goods. So say many consumers who feel it is just too complicated.
Web designer Ghazali Nasution Ibrahim, 36, said the app, which is supposed to help consumers check the prices of more than 10,000 items and services following the introduction of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on Wednesday, was not user-friendly.
