Landslips hit Sabah’s Telupid, nine families told to evacuate

KOTA KINABALU: At least nine families have moved out of their homes after heavy rains triggered landslips in the central Sabah district of Telupid about 250km from here.

The families consisting of about 45 people moved out of their houses in Kg Gambaron after the landslips hit a kitchen of one of the nine houses close to hill slopes in the village during the wee hours of Tuesday.
