Air quality good nationwide as of noon


KUALA LUMPUR: The overall air quality across the country is good despite 25 areas recorded moderate Air Pollutant Index (API) readings as of noon compared to 24 areas Tuesday.

Areas with API readings of over 50 are Cheras (60), Batu Muda (55), Kemaman (51), Shah Alam (54), Petaling Jaya (51), Port Klang (62), Kuala Selangor (52), Banting (54), USM (61), Seberang Jaya 2 (64), Perai (59), Tanjung Malim (51), Seri Manjung (59), SK Jalan Pegoh, Ipoh (55), Kg. Air Putih, Taiping (65), and Jalan Tasek, Ipoh (60).
