BANGI: Police have warned both Barisan Nasional and PKR candidates in the Kajang by-election to apply for permits before holding any ceramah.

By-election official police spokesman Asst Comm Azisman Alias said authorities had opened two investigation papers on PKR candidate Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail for organising two ceramah without permits.
