Najadi murder case transferred to High Court


KUALA LUMPUR: A magistrate’s court has transferred a case involving the tow truck operator charged with murdering Arab-Malaysian Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi to a High Court here.

Magistrate Erry Shahriman Nor Aripin granted the application by deputy public prosecutor Wan Shaharudin Wan Ladin to transfer the case under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder faced by Koong Swee Kwan, 44.
