Court upholds ban on Seksualiti Merdeka

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here dismissed a leave application for a judicial review filed by the Seksualiti Merdeka organiser to challenge the decision to ban its programme in November last year.

High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) Judge Justice Rohana Yusuf made the decision in chambers on grounds that the objections raised by the Attorney-General Chambers was valid and should be upheld.
