KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court fixed March 5, for a decision on an application by the Government to strike out a counter-claim filed by former Malaysia Airlines (MAS) executive chairman Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli and two others.
Judge Rosilah Yop fixed the date in chambers after meeting with counsel Lim Kian Leong, who represented Tajudin. Senior Federal Counsel Nadia Hanim Mohd Tajuddin appeared for the Government.
