Don’t get hung up on whether you need to have experience in an industry before launching your startup. Instead, think about changes you’d like to see as a customer.

Just because you don’t have any experience in a particular business doesn’t mean you can’t make a good go of it. The key is not to start another me-too company but to offer something different.
