Masterskill inks to expand to Nepal


PETALING JAYA: Masterskill Education Group Bhd (MEGB) is venturing into Nepal to provide Bachelor in Business Administration and the Masters programme.

MEGB’s unit Masterskill (M) Sdn Bhd had yesterday inked an memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Explore International Academy Pvt Ltd to run Asia Metropolitan University’s (AMU) courses.

Masterskill is the owner and operator of AMU.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said the MoU would not have any material effect on the earnings of MEGB for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2014.
