Condominium management chairman charged with CBT amounting to RM320,000


KUALA LUMPUR: A condominium management chairman claimed trial before a Sessions Court here to misappropriating more than RM320,000 in company funds.

Yong Chee Keen, 38, was charged on Wednesday with two counts of committing criminal breach of trust while in his position as company chairman of the Savana Condominium Joint Management Body (JMB).
