As the president of PayPal, I have a unique opportunity to work with peers and strategise with partners across many industries about solving real problems and delivering exciting new experiences for consumers and retailers. That leads to a pretty privileged view into what’s coming next. I have had some fascinating conversations about how technology is transforming shopping experiences, leading to my prediction of six main developments for 2014:
