Huawei has unveiled its new lineup of Watch GT 7 Series of smartwatches, with the base GT 7 model available in two sizing options: 41mm and 46mm.
The 41mm model sports a 1.32in display, while the 46mm version has a slightly larger 1.47in screen. The screens on both are Amoled.The GT 7 Pro similarly has an 1.47in Amoled screen and comes in a single 46mm variant.
When it comes to their battery, Huawei claims that the 41mm model is capable up to 14 days of battery life, while both the 46mm version and Pro model offer up to 21 days of battery life.
All models in the series have an IP69 water and dust resistance rating. The Watch GT 7 can also withstand up to 50m of static water pressure for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the GT 7 Pro supports free diving at depths of up to 40m.
Another difference between the base and Pro models is their materials, with the base model GT 7 46mm and 41mm featuring a stainless steel case, while the Pro's case is made of titanium alloy.
The smartwatch series further has a feature called Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis, which monitors a user's pulse to identify signs of irregular heartbeats.
It also gives users a Physical Readiness Score, which takes heart rate variability, recovery, sleep, physical activity and emotional wellbeing into account in providing daily assessment scores.
The GT 7 Pro includes additional health features, including electrocardiogram monitoring and arterial stiffness assessment.
Other features include NFC, along with the ability to make QR payments, navigation, and offline maps.
The Huawei Watch GT 7 comes in seven colour options, with the 46mm model available in Blue, Yellow, and Black, while the 41mm model comes in Blue, Pink, White, and Grey. Both sizes are priced at RM1,199.
Meanwhile, the Watch GT 7 Pro (RM1,499) is available in Yellow, Green, and Black.
