Acer Malaysia unveils new AI-powered Swift laptops, priced from RM5,899

PETALING JAYA: Acer Malaysia today unveiled two new laptops, the Swift Edge 14 AI and Swift Go 16 AI.

Powered by Intel Core Ultra 7 or Core Ultra 5 processors, the Swift Edge 14 AI features a 14in 3K OLED display and can be configured with up to 32GB of memory and 1TB of storage, all weighing in at less than 1kg.

Meanwhile, the Swift Go 16 AI laptop features a 16in 3K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a laser-etched aluminium chassis with a 180-degree hinge, and weighs about 1.36kg. It comes with Intel Core X7 358H processor and Intel Arc B390 graphics, which Acer claims enables capabilities such as ray tracing and high-frame-rate gaming.

Both laptops are also classified as Copilot+ PCs, with AI-powered tools such as Acer PurifiedVoice for background noise suppression and PurifiedView for AI-enhanced video calls.

Prices start from RM6,999 for the Swift Go 16 AI and RM5,899 for the Swift Edge 14 AI, depending on configuration.

The Swift Go 16 AI is available immediately through authorised Acer resellers and the Acer eStore, while the Swift Edge 14 AI is available for pre-orders until April 27.

To mark the launch, Acer Malaysia is offering limited-time promotions including discounts, complimentary accessories and Touch ’n Go eWallet credits for selected models.
