Poco has launched its latest series of budget flagship smartphones, the Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra, in Malaysia.
Under the hood of the top-of-the-line F7 Ultra model is a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, while the Pro has a slightly older but still flagship-level Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, with Poco positioning the devices as budget-oriented performance and gaming powerhouses.
Both devices feature a 6.6in 120Hz refresh rate Amoled screen, with the main difference being that the Pro uses Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and the Ultra uses Poco's own Shield Glass.
Under the hood of the top-of-the-line F7 Ultra model is a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
The camera setup between the two devices is also quite different, with a triple camera system on the Ultra with a 50-megapixel main shooter, a 50-megapixel telephoto with 2.5x zoom, and a 32-megapixel ultra-wide. It also has a 32-megapixel front-facing selfie camera.

According to Poco, both devices come with artificial intelligence-powered features intended to enhance image processing and photography, allowing for sharper, more detailed, and vibrant shots.

Looking at the battery of the F7 Ultra reveals a 5,3000mAh capacity, with Poco claiming a zero to 100% charge in 34 minutes with its 120W HyperCharge. It is also capable of 50W wireless charging.
Meanwhile, the F7 Pro's 6,000mAh battery charges at up to 90W.
The Poco F7 series is now available, with the Ultra priced at RM2,999 for the 128GB model (12GB RAM) and RM3,299 for the 512GB model (16GB RAM). Customers can pick from two colour options, Yellow and Black.

Early buyers of both devices will receive a discount up until April 9, with the F7 Ultra priced at RM2,699 for the 128GB model and RM2,899 for the 512GB model. Customers will also get a free Xiaomi 50W Wireless Charging Stand worth RM229.
The discounted price for the Pro models is RM2,039 for the 256GB variant and RM2,139 for the 512GB option.
