DuitNow services are currently down for Bank Islam users

PETALING JAYA: Bank Islam users are currently experiencing an outage affecting various DuitNow services, including DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow Request, DuitNow QR, and DuitNow Online Banking/Wallet.

In a post on the bank's X (formerly Twitter) page, Bank Islam informed users that these services are temporarily unavailable but did not specify the cause of the issue and when it would be resolved.

"We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience at this time," it wrote in the statement.

The bank also clarified that other services, such as "withdrawals through ATM, interbank GIRO transfers, and debit card transactions, are not affected" by the outage.
