LONDON: The new EU rules which are likely to see Apple change the charging port on the new iPhone could cause "mountains" of ewaste, some industry experts have warned.
The warning came ahead of Apple's widely expected unveiling of the latest iPhone 15 range featuring a USB-C port in place of the company's proprietary Lightning port for the first time.
