GE15: MySPR website and app unresponsive; call hotline for voting info

PETALING JAYA: Users trying to access the MySPR website for their voting information are being greeted with a “502 Bad Gateway” message today, Nov 18.

The MySPR app also appears to be unresponsive.

A person from the MySPR hotline said that the website and mobile app may be inaccessible due to the high number of people trying to verify their information.

The person said both the website and app are expected to be fully accessible again by tonight.

To check your voting info while the online services are being restored, call the MySPR hotline at 03-8892 7218.

Users will be required to provide their MyKad number to find out about their voting information, such as the polling station and channel number.

Malaysia goes to the polls tomorrow, Nov 19.
