Samsung confirms Galaxy Unpacked event on Aug 10, teases new foldable device

Samsung has confirmed that Aug 10 will be the date for their upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event.

Based on the teaser posted to their Twitter page, at least one of the devices to be unveiled at the event will be a foldable.

The event is scheduled almost exactly one year after the Galaxy Unpacked event that launched the Galaxy Flip 3 and Fold 3.

Samsung is also offering an RM200 evoucher for those who register their interest in pre-ordering their as yet unannounced “Next Galaxy” devices, subject to terms and conditions. Pre-orders are likely to be opened after the event.

Livestreams will be available on both the Samsung official website, and their YouTube channel starting from 9am ET (9pm MYT) on Aug 10.
