Update: MySejahtera on Twitter has announced the app is currently facing technical issues that is preventing some users from accessing their vaccination details immediately. Users are urged to try again later.
MySejahtera added they are currently working towards resolving the issue and apologised for the inconvenience.
PETALING JAYA: The Covid-19 vaccination page on the MySejahtera app appears to be currently inaccessible again today (Jan 21) despite an announcement last night stating that the issue has been resolved.
Complaints have emerged on Twitter with users stating they were unable to access the vaccination page on the app to view their Covid-19 booster shot appointment details. A check by LifestyleTech at press time showed the page stuck in the process of loading and unable to update to show any information.
Some users claimed the issue is causing delays at vaccination centers and have been told to return at a later date for their booster shots. Others also shared screenshots of their app displaying a “scheduled maintenance” message.
On the MySejahtera Facebook page, users have also left comments saying they are facing issues with the app with some sharing they couldn’t log in to and received no response when they tried to reset passwords.
The MySejahtera team have responded to some user complaints on Twitter today by asking them to provide their MySJ ID via direct message.
Yesterday (Jan 20), MySejahtera acknowledged that technical issues were behind the app’s inaccessible status in a tweet posted at 4.33pm. It tweeted again at 9.15pm on the same day, stating that the issue related to its vaccination page has been resolved and that users can fully access the app.
