MCMC issues public inquiry notice on revision of MSQOS


MCMC is conducting a Public Inquiry on the proposed new standards related to the quality of telco customer services. — YAP CHEE HONG/ The Star.

The Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will commence a Public Inquiry on the proposal for revised Mandatory Standards for Quality of Service (MSQoS) related to telecommunication services and introduce a new MSQoS for telco customer service.

MCMC in a statement said the MSQoS are the (new) Customer Service, Wireless Broadband, Wired Broadband and Public Cellular Service.
