Vancouver-based sport tech company Form has launched the Form Swim Goggles, a pair of augmented reality (AR)-equipped premium goggles that offer wearers real-time metrics about their split times, stroke rate, and pace, right on the lens.

In a world where smartphones and smartwatches allow users to track virtually every detail of their exercise no matter the sport, swimming is an activity that has not been able to benefit from such technology to the same extent. On Aug 7 the Canadian swim tech company Form released a pair of AR smart goggles that can both track your swim activity and display live metrics about your exercise on the lenses.
