Users have been urged to restart their devices from time to time.
The company also promised customers that they are working towards rectifying the issue.

U Mobile later issued a statement saying they are currently experiencing intermittent service disruptions nationwide due to network upgrading efforts.
"We are working tirelessly to address the issues and we expect all network services to be restored by 10pm tonight. Please check our website, Facebook or Twitter for the latest updates. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused."
