More goodies for broadband users expected: Budget 2019

KUALA LUMPUR: Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng has unveiled yet more plans to further develop the Malaysian digital economy. 

To that end, the Government has said it will execute the National Fiberisation and Connectivity with a RM1bil allocation. According to Lim, this plan is intended to develop the country's broadband infrastructure, in an effort to ensure distribution of the spectrum is done more effectively.
