Microsoft has released its collaborative Whiteboard app for Windows 10 devices. You can use the software to create drawings or presentations containing images, share them with other users or edit them together. The projects can be easily integrated into Microsoft's Office solutions or the networking program Teams.

The app saves anything the team creates automatically, storing it in the cloud for access from anywhere, at any time. This also allows teams to work together in real time from an app or computer screen.

You'll need either a Microsoft account or access to Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live.com or MSN to use Whiteboard.

The app is available free of charge from the Microsoft Store. – dpa
