Oppo has been playing hide'n'seek with this particular smartphone for four years but the search is coming to an end as @OppoMobileIndia teases the Find X.

The Chinese manufacturer first confirmed the arrival of its future flagship on Weibo (in Chinese), then tweeted the same poster on their Indian Oppo account shortly after.

What can we expect? There haven't been any major leaks regarding the "futuristic" flagship, however tech blog Android Authority is “expecting a Snapdragon 845 chipset, dual camera setup, and Oppo's trademark VOOC fast charging, for starters”. The report also ponders whether Oppo will implement its "unique zoom solution" that was showcased at Mobile World Congress back in 2017.

"OPPO's 5x Precision Optical Zoom" made quite the impression as popular tech blogs referred to it as "ingenious" (TheVerge) and even said it “might just make it the smartphone camera king” (GizmoChina). Oppo themselves claimed it was “the world's first periscope-style dual-camera technology for smartphones” in an announcement back in 2017.

While host smartphone manufacturers manage to offer 2x zoom functions without drastically affecting the devices thinness, Oppo managed to offer 5x lossless zoom, giving users the potential of digital camera style landscapes, portraits and close ups.
