Whether peer-to-peer (P2P) services popularised by the sharing economy or major operations backed by carmakers and governments, demand for car sharing is growing quickly. 

As such, it is proving an effective way of cutting congestion, freeing up parking spaces and even improving air quality, and BMW has taken further steps to address urban transport issues with the opening of a dedicated new centre.
