The Notes app has really been significantly beefed up -- you get a toolbar for quick access to formatting options, adding photos and a very useful option that allows you to draw right on the note
2. iCloud Drive app
One of the things not mentioned at the introduction of iOS 9 is that an iCloud Drive app is available in iOS 9 that can be turned on in the iCloud settings.
