Canon's 50.6-megapixel EOS 5DS and 5DS R cameras get a launch date

More megapixels is what the newly-launched Canon EOS 5DS and 5DS R offer – at 50.6-megapixels, the cameras are currently the highest resolution DSLRs on the market.

The full-frame 5DS and 5D R cameras share many features of the EOS 5D Mark III, including body styling and autofocus system.
