TECHIES can have a field day at the upcoming three-in-one information and communications technology (ICT) event comprising Digital Lifestyle Expo, GoMobile Expo and PC Fair which will take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from Aug 23 to 25. 

The event will be jointly organised by the National Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Association of Malaysia, PIKOM and CommTechAsia Sdn Bhd.  

It promises consumer the chance to experience the latest range of technology products and services while also enjoying great bargains.  

The GoMobile Expo is viewed as being especially timely for the Malaysian market as mobile penetration in Malaysia currently at 143.4% while smartphone penetration stands at only at 27%.  

Meanwhile, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will be among the participants at the Digital Lifestyle Expo. It will be focussing on four key thrusts at its booth, namely Connected Healthcare, Home and Community Living, Traceability and People-Friendly Community.  

Companies interested to participate in any of these three events can do so for a fee of RM4,380 per booth.
