An investigation by BBC consumer affairs show Watchdog has forced Samsung to reverse its initial position and address the storage shortcomings in its latest smartphone.
The focus of the Watchdog investigation was on the fact that the operating system installed on the new Samsung Galaxy S4 handset takes up so much space that the 16GB model actually only has 8.82GB of usable storage left for the owner to use.
