Pikom to help ICT industry rake in RM97bil

This figure can be achieved if the industry continues to grow at a 10% rate annually — the ICT sector generated RM57bil in revenue last year.

If Pikom manages to help the industry hit the target, ICT would be contributing to 15% of the country’s GDP (Gross Domestic Product), said Shaifubahrim Saleh, president and chief technology officer.
