Barracuda Networks offers trial services to Google Postini users

KUALA LUMPUR: Barracuda Networks Inc is offering local users of the soon-to-be-retired Google Postini security service a new lease of life in the form of its Barracuda e-Mail Security, as well as Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall services for up to six months.

Baracuda Networks Malaysia regional manager Thiban Darmalingam said that while it is Google’s right to push its customers to Google Apps, Barracuda recognises that the users may want a choice.
