Popular iOS photo sharing and retro-filter photo app Instagram will soon be available on Android devices.
Instagram co-founder Kevin Systrom announced that the app had tallied up a total of 27 million users to date — close to double the 15 million users it had in Dec 2011 — during a keynote at SXSW on last week.
