A BRIDGE camera is one which “bridges” the gap between a compact digital camera and a more bulky DSLR. They tend to be smaller than DSLRs but come with non-removable lenses.
Fujifilm’s latest entry into the bridge camera market is the X-S1, a camera which the company claims has a high-quality look and feel, with metal dials and a rubberised coating that makes it more like a premium DSLR.
