SAN JOSE (California): Federal regulators are investigating the circumstances of Mark Hurd’s forced resignation five months ago as CEO of the Hewlett-Packard Co.
HP, the world’s biggest maker of personal computers, said it is co-operating with the investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which was earlier reported by The Wall Street Journal.
