Mah Sing launches Homeownership Season Marketing Campaign

PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has launched a Homeownership Season Marketing Campaign, offering a seamless purchasing journey with attractive incentives for 12 of its developments in Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Baru.

The campaign runs from Feb 3 to June 30, 2025. Homebuyers who book a unit during the campaign period will enjoy savings, free credit assessment support and assistance with loan applications. Upon signing the sales and purchase agreement (SPA), more attractive rewards will be on offer.

“At Mah Sing, we understand the challenges faced by homebuyers. With our Homeownership Season Campaign, we aim to provide not just financial incentives but also expect guidance to ease the entire home-buying journey. We remain committed to delivering quality homes at attainable prices, ensuring more Malaysians can achieve their dream of homeownership,” said founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

Launching the campaign were sales and marketing general manager Angela Chong, property subsidiaries chief executive officer Yeoh Chee Beng, group chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow, chief operating officer Chris Chen Weng Hong and chief experience officer Bernard Yong.

The participating developments are M Legasi, M Aspira, M Azura, M Zenya, M Sinar, M Terra, M Nova in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Ferringhi Residence 2 in Penang, M Tiara, Allamanda, Erica East and M Minori in Johor Baru.
