Notice to the public: Counterfeit and unauthorised seller warning

HERBALIFE, a premier health and wellness company and community that sells and distributes high quality nutrition products has discovered that certain counterfeit products carrying the ‘Herbalife’ brand or logo are being sold through the online platform operated by Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Lazada Malaysia.

These counterfeit listings, often portray themselves as the “Herbalife Flagship Store” may include products such as the Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink and Herbalife Tea Mix.

Take notice that:

1. Herbalife does not consent to nor authorise any sale of these products or any Herbalife products through any online selling channel or platform.
2. Herbalife has no association or connection with any online selling channel or platform, including those impersonating official flagship stores.
3. Herbalife does not guarantee the genuineness and quality of any product purchased from unauthorised sellers, including from online selling channels or platforms.
4. Herbalife actively monitors online selling channels and platforms for any unauthorised sale of Herbalife products whether counterfeit or otherwise and shall take necessary legal action against unauthorised errant sellers to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Please be informed that Herbalife products are available exclusively to and through dedicated Herbalife independent distributors including through Herbalife’s official platform at https://www.herbalife.com.my.

Be warned that the purchase and consumption of any counterfeit Herbalife product from unauthorised sellers may bear health risks.

Herbalife shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any unauthorised purchase of Herbalife products whether counterfeit or otherwise.

All Herbalife independent distributors are strongly advised against posting, advertising, selling and distributing Herbalife products on platforms or websites, which is tantamount to a breach of contract between the distributors and Herbalife, and Herbalife reserves the right to terminate the distributors concerned without any notice.
